One city, very different neighborhoods
When people search for homes in Las Vegas, they often picture one place. The Las Vegas neighborhoods we work in are anything but alike. A large-lot custom home with no HOA, a home on a lake, a newer house in the far northwest, and a 55+ golf community are all "Las Vegas," and each one suits a different buyer.

- Summerlin is a huge master-planned community on the west side, right up against the Red Rock mountains, with its own locals casino, Red Rock.
- Sun City Summerlin is an age-restricted 55+ community by Del Webb with more than 7,000 single-story homes and golf courses.
- Centennial Hills in the far northwest is suburban, spacious and newer, with development still under way.
- Section 10 is about one square mile of custom homes on half-acre to one-acre-plus lots, with no HOA.
- The Lakes (89117) is built around Lake Sahara, with mature landscaping and lakefront homes.
