Mountain's Edge: master-planned, closer to the mountains

A master-planned community from the early 2000s with parks, trails and mountain views.

Living in Mountain's Edge

Mountain's Edge is a master-planned community in Southwest Las Vegas, built from the early 2000s. It sits closer to the mountains than its neighbors, which means better mountain views, and it was laid out with wide streets, parks and trails from the start. Mountain's Edge is part of the unincorporated town of Enterprise.

How we help in Mountain's Edge

I'm Carrie Lu, REALTOR®, MBA, with Signature Real Estate Group. Mountain's Edge is one of our focus areas and a short drive from our southwest office.

Many of the Mountain's Edge homeowners we work with are ready to downsize. If you have a low interest rate and more house than you need, start with your equity, not your rate. See downsizing in Mountain's Edge. When we sell here, our community videos show the parks and the views, because those sell the neighborhood as much as the house.

Parks, trails and getting around

Inside the community are two parks, a baseball field and jogging trails. There are several elementary schools in the community as well. For school boundaries and information, check the Clark County School District's website.

A newer public bus route now reaches Mountain's Edge, with limited stops and coverage. The 215 is the main freeway for the southwest, and the Strip is about 20 minutes away by car. The southwest's big-box shopping is nearby.
