It's one of only two guard-gated golf communities in the southwest, along with Spanish Trail. As of September 2026, homes in Rhodes Ranch started from about $445,000, and HOA dues were about $225 a month.

Rhodes Ranch is part of Southwest Las Vegas, so the southwest's shopping is close, including a new Costco, Sam's Club, Best Buy and IKEA.
