How we help in Southern Highlands

At higher price points, fewer homes sell, so each comparison matters more. When we price a Southern Highlands home, we look at recent sales, homes under contract, and the homes for sale right now, and we check the number again the next day. Southern Highlands homes

Southern Highlands covers a wide range. Homes were built from 2001. As of September 2026, single-family homes started from about $380,000 and ran into the millions for golf course and higher-end properties. HOA dues started from about $70 a month. Most of Southern Highlands isn't gated, but there are gated communities and guard-gated communities inside it. We'll get the dues and rules for any home you're considering.

Southern Highlands is part of Southwest Las Vegas and sits within the unincorporated town of Enterprise. Nearby are Mountain's Edge and Rhodes Ranch. The southwest's shopping is within easy reach, and the I-15 connects you to the rest of the valley and to California.

The buyers we see considering Southern Highlands usually care about a few specific things, and it helps to know them whether you're buying or selling here.

The drive to California. Being close to the I-15 is a real advantage for anyone who travels to and from California often.
