Luxury homes in Southwest Las Vegas
Higher-end Las Vegas homes, from guard-gated golf communities to lakefront and large-lot custom homes.
Higher-end options in the southwest
Luxury homes in Southwest Las Vegas come in a few distinct forms, and they suit different buyers. Some want a guard at the gate. Some want golf out the back. Some want land. The southwest has all three.
The main choices
- Spanish Trail: a guard-gated community of more than 1,200 homes on about 640 acres around Spanish Trail Country Club and its three nine-hole courses, near Tropicana and Rainbow.
- Rhodes Ranch: guard-gated golf, with more than 2,700 homes and a 37,000-square-foot clubhouse with pools, a fitness center and weekly classes.
- Southern Highlands: a master-planned golf community with homes into the millions, close to the I-15 for trips to California.
- Larger lots: a smaller share of southwest homes sit on half-acre or one-acre lots.
Selling a higher-end southwest home
At higher price points, fewer homes sell, so each comparison matters more. We price against recent sales, homes under contract and the homes for sale right now, then check it again the next day. The setting sells these homes, so our community videos show the golf, the clubhouse or the land, not only the rooms. Targeted ads put the home in front of buyers who are already shopping. See how we sell.
Buying one
For buyers, we'll get HOA dues, community rules and any club details in writing before you commit, and use the due diligence period, usually 10 days in Nevada, to check the home thoroughly. Tell us how you'd like showings and communication handled, and we'll work that way. See our luxury homes page and read about Southwest Las Vegas, then talk with us privately.
