Homes and prices

Sun City homes started from $315,000 when this was written in March 2026. Prices move, so ask us for today's numbers.

One of my clients' homes

One home I worked on here was freshly painted with new flooring throughout. My homeowner bought it in 2013 for $450,000. In 2025, the home was valued at above $1,000,000. It has a golf course view and a mountain view, some of the best views in all of Las Vegas.

That's one home, not a promise about every home. Values depend on the home, the lot and the market.
