How the Las Vegas Realty Team website collects, uses and keeps your information, who receives it, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to change or delete it.
What this site collects
When you fill in a form on this site, we collect what you type into it: your first and last name, your email address, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, a message, and your answers to any extra questions that form asks.
If you give a phone number and tick the box agreeing to calls and texts, we also record that you agreed, the exact wording you were shown, and when.
We also note how you found the site, if it came from an ad, email or post: the campaign name and the ad platform's click code, plus the name of the website that sent you (not the full address of the page you were on). This tells us which advertising works. It doesn't identify you.
Like almost every website, our hosting keeps standard server logs, such as the time of a visit and the type of browser used. As of the date below, this site runs no advertising pixels or analytics tags.
Who receives it
Your information goes to us, the Las Vegas Realty Team, so we can reply. Two service providers handle it on our behalf along the way:
- Vercel hosts this website, so form submissions pass through its servers.
- Resend delivers each form submission to our business email inbox.
Each of these companies processes your information only to provide its service to us, under its own published terms. We don't sell your personal information.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your inquiry and to help you buy or sell a home.
We may also send you our newsletter and marketing emails about the Las Vegas market, and we may call you. Every marketing email has a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to stop calling at any time.
We keep a lead's contact information for 180 days. After that we delete it, unless you're working with us on a purchase or sale, in which case we keep what that transaction requires.
Calls and text messages
We only use your phone number for calls and texts if you agreed to that on the form. The box is never ticked for you. If you give a phone number without agreeing, it isn't passed along with your inquiry.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. To stop calls, tell us on the phone or email us at the address below.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call us using the details below and we'll take care of it.
You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any of them, and stop texts by replying STOP.
